It’s Homecoming Week; Time To Show Our Bulldog Pride

Victor E. Bulldog and Timeout meet

Despite chilly weather, students showed up in large numbers at the Fresno State Memorial Gardens to kick off the weeklong Homecoming Week events, which featured entertainment and giveaways.

DJ Kay Rich, a Fresno State alum, kept the party going, playing popular hits and bringing some students to the grass dance floor to show their moves.

Victor E. Bulldog IV, the undisputed ruler of the Kingdom of Fresno State, graced the occasion and mingled with his subjects, many paying homage by petting his back and taking photos. Bulldog IV was accompanied by Timeout, his most loyal lieutenant, the Viscount from the athletics viscounty, known for leading the ‘Dogs’ in conquering rivals in arenas nationwide.

Homecoming continues for the rest of the week with several fun events, including the unveiling of the Victor E. Bulldog III statue at the Resnick Center. The retiring elder Bulldog is scheduled to make an appearance.
