The Gazarian Real Estate Center will host a Homebuying Seminar for students, faculty and staff from 3:30 to 5 p.m. Monday, Oct. 23 in the University Business Center, Alice Peters Auditorium (PB 191). The seminar will discuss real estate market conditions, real estate lending and the process of buying a home.

Speakers will include Victor Gonzalez, broker associate at SME Real Estate, and Chris Robson, broker at Peerless Lending. All faculty, staff and students are invited to attend.
